Description

A variety native to the Basque Country, known for its moderate spiciness and rich, fruity, and slightly smoky flavor. It produces beautiful, elongated red fruits, 10 to 15 cm long, which can be eaten fresh or dried to make an aromatic powder perfect for stews, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats. Tolerant of mild cold, it grows well in temperate climates with good sunlight.
