Description

An old Quebec heritage variety, renowned for its large, flattened, very fleshy, pinkish-red fruits with melting, flavorful flesh. Low in acidity and almost seedless, it's perfect for slices, salads, sandwiches, or carpaccio. Productive and adapted to cooler climates, it's appreciated for its natural resistance, exceptional flavor, and its uniquely local history. An indeterminate type, it requires good staking to support its generous fruits.
