Sow seeds about 1/4 inch deep, 8 weeks before the last frost, and transplant into 4-inch pots once the first true leaves appear. Space plants 12 to 18 inches apart and rows 24 to 36 inches apart.

This prolific variety of Italian frying pepper can grow up to 10 inches long. Its thin skin and sweetness make it a favorite choice for grilled or roasted dishes. Plus, the seeds come from a small organic farm in Ontario, ensuring impeccable quality and traceability.
