Cultivation method:
Direct sow as soon as the soil can be worked in spring, then every two weeks for a constant supply. Sow seeds 3mm deep in rows 45cm apart. Gradually thin to 15cm between plants. Maintain consistent moisture for optimum growth. Harvest by cutting the head at the base just below the lower leaves. Germination in 7-10 days.
