'Red Russian' kale is prized for its flat, gray-green leaves with purple-red stems, adding a colorful and flavorful touch to your dishes. How to Grow:
Sow directly outdoors 1 cm deep in early spring or June to early July, in rows 60 cm apart. Space plants 30 cm apart after thinning. Kale prefers nutrient-rich soils and develops its best flavour after exposure to cold. Germination usually takes 7 to 10 days.
