Cultivation method:

'Red Salad Bowl' lettuce prefers well-drained, moist soil, rich in organic matter. Sow directly in the ground as soon as the soil is sufficiently warmed or start under cover a few weeks before the last frost. A spacing of about 15 to 20 cm between plants allows good aeration and optimal leaf development. Water regularly to keep the soil moist, especially during dry periods. This variety is ideal for growing in the ground or in pots for small spaces.
