Rhododendron 'Aglo' is a compact, evergreen shrub with a rounded habit, distinguished by its very early flowering of clusters of light pink flowers washed with white, lightly veined, with a discreet light green throat. From the first days of spring, it brightens up undergrowth beds or shady borders, when few other shrubs are in bloom. Its dense, dark green, leathery foliage often takes on a bronze hue in winter, providing decorative interest even when not in bloom. Very hardy, low-maintenance and with good cold resistance, 'Aglo' is an excellent option for northern climates or cool shade scenes, where you want to introduce early, soft, and bright flowering.
