‘Pink Champagne’ Currant (Ribes rubrum ‘Pink Champagne’). The Ribes rubrum 'Pink Champagne', known as the ‘Pink Champagne’ currant, is a deciduous fruit shrub highly valued for its elegant clusters of luminous pale pink translucent currants. Its flexible, well-branched bushy habit fits equally well in vegetable gardens, edible landscapes, or fruit hedges.
