Strelitzia Nicolai , or the giant white bird of paradise, is a spectacular tropical plant with an architectural appearance. Its long, supple, deep grayish-green leaves fan out like a banana tree, creating a striking, exotic ambiance. When mature and in optimal conditions, it produces large white flowers with dark blue bracts, reminiscent of a stylized bird's head.
