Cultivation method
Bush bean mix is sown directly in the open ground after the last frost, when the soil is at least 15°C , as these plants do not tolerate cold. Sow the seeds 2-3 cm deep , spacing them 10-15 cm apart, with rows 40 cm apart. Regular but moderate watering is recommended to keep the soil moist without soaking it. Since beans fix nitrogen in the soil, they do not need excessive fertilization. Harvesting begins about 50 days after sowing , and the more you pick, the more the plant continues to produce.
Use and benefits
This bean blend offers three slightly different colors, textures, and flavors , perfect for fresh salads, stir-fries, soups, or freezing . Purple beans turn green when cooked, but retain a tender, crunchy texture. Rich in fiber, vitamins B and C, and antioxidants , these beans are an excellent source of nutrients for a balanced diet.
With their easy growing, fast production and diversity of colours and flavours , this dwarf bean mix is ideal for all gardeners, whether beginners or experienced.
