Chives are a perennial aromatic herb of the onion family, appreciated for their fine and fragrant leaves , perfect for enhancing potatoes, salads, vinaigrettes and much more . Easy to grow and very resistant, they grow equally well in pots or in the ground , offering a generous harvest from spring to autumn.
