Farming method

'Verdil' spinach thrives in full sun or partial shade , in rich, well-drained, and moist soil. Sow directly outdoors in early spring or late summer for an autumn harvest. Plant the seeds 1 cm deep , in rows spaced 20 to 30 cm apart, then thin to 10 cm to allow for good leaf development. Regular watering , especially during hot weather, prevents bolting and keeps the leaves tender. Harvest the outer leaves by cutting them as needed, thus promoting a prolonged harvest.
