Cultivation method

The 'Edamame Envy' soybean is grown in full sun , in light, well-drained soil rich in organic matter . Sow directly in the open ground after the last frost, when the soil temperature reaches 15-18°C . Plant the seeds 2-3 cm deep , in rows spaced 40 cm apart, then thin the plants to 10-15 cm . Regular but moderate watering is essential to promote optimal growth. Harvest the pods when they are swollen but still very green , before they start to yellow, approximately 75 to 85 days after sowing .
