Thuja occidentalis is a species of arborvitae native to North America, known for its hardiness, moderate growth, and ease of pruning. It naturally forms a dense cone with bright green, slightly fragrant foliage, persistent throughout the winter. Used as a free-standing or clipped hedge, at the back of a bed, or in a row, it is a structuring species, very reliable and easy to maintain. Perfect for creating evergreen partitions or windbreaks in gardens of all sizes.
