Organic Sean’s Yellow Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is a productive annual variety from the Dwarf collection, valued for its compact 90 to 120 cm (3 to 4 ft) habit and bright yellow round fruits. In the vegetable garden, it brings beautiful ornamental value with its tidy shape and golden harvests that contrast nicely with green foliage. Germination is usually quick, in 5 to 10 days, when seedlings receive proper warmth and light. After the last frosts, hardened-off plants can be transplanted into full sun, in fertile, organic-rich, slightly acidic to neutral, well-drained soil. It grows very well in pots at least 40 cm (16 in) in diameter, in raised containers, or in the ground. Regular watering, organic mulch, balanced fertilization, and light support encourage a strong harvest.
