Tsoi-Sim , also called Soi Sim , is a versatile Chinese green prized for its mild flavor with a slight mustardy touch . Ideal for stir-fries, soups, and salads , it produces thick, glossy leaves , borne on flowering stems with buds reminiscent of Italian rapini . Easy to grow, it can be enjoyed at various stages of maturity, from young plants to fully developed leaves.

Cultivation method:
Sow seeds about two weeks before the last frost date for a spring harvest. A fall crop is also recommended: sow from mid to late August , in several waves 5 days apart to extend the harvest until early October.
Sow 6 mm deep , spacing the seeds 5 cm apart in rows 60 cm apart. Once the plants have emerged, thin out to 20 cm to encourage their development.

Tsoi-Sim is a nutrient-rich green, resistant to light frost , which allows for a harvest in early autumn. Its rapid growth (40-45 days) and slightly spicy flavour make it an excellent choice for diversifying vegetable gardens and plates!
