Harmony 'Plum Pinwheels' (Dahlia) brings together three No. 1 decorative dahlia tubers in a contrasting palette of deep plum and crisp white. The double flowers with radiant petals evoke pinwheels, creating a graphic rhythm in both beds and bouquets. Van Noort indicates an established height of 100 cm (39 in), a spread of 50 cm (20 in), and an upright habit. Summer blooming is renewed when flowers are cut regularly. Green foliage highlights the dark and bright tones. The individual cultivars in the mix are not specified, so the proportion of the two colors may naturally vary between packages.

Plant the three tubers in spring after all risk of frost, in a full sun location. Place each tuber about 10 cm (4 in) deep in rich, loose, well-drained soil, then space their centers 50 cm (20 in) apart. Growing method

Plant in spring after all risk of frost has passed and the soil is sufficiently warm. Choose a sunny location, sheltered from strong winds, in fertile, well-drained soil.
