‘Stargazer’ is an Oriental lily with large, deep pink flowers, darker speckles and crisp white edges. Fragrance and strong colour contrasts make it a favourite for garden borders and summer bouquets. Each package contains one 16/18 cm circumference bulb.

Plant in spring once the soil is workable, in sun or light partial shade. Fertile, slightly acidic, well-drained soil suits this Oriental lily. Set the bulb point upwards approximately 15 cm deep, allowing about 40 cm between plants, then water in. Avoid sites where water collects and do not let the bulb dry out before planting.

Combine the flowers with white perennials or simple foliage to highlight their markings. Remove spent blooms but keep the leaves until they yellow naturally; water during dry spells without waterlogging. Lilies are highly toxic to cats, including their pollen and vase water, so keep them away from areas that cats can access.
