Vaccinium corymbosum ‘Duke’ is an early blueberry bush highly valued for its consistent productivity and firm fruit quality. This deciduous shrub develops an upright and structured habit, slightly taller than wide, making it ideal for fruit hedges and row planting. In spring, an abundant pinkish-white bell-shaped bloom attracts pollinators and precedes one of the first harvests of the season. The blueberries, medium to large in size, are firm, sweet, and slightly tart, excellent for fresh consumption and preservation. Its medium green foliage turns orange-red in autumn, adding significant ornamental interest.
