‘Tigershark’ is an Asiatic lily with orange and apricot-toned flowers heavily marked in burgundy towards the centre. Its summer blooms add a warm contrast to the garden on stems approximately 1.10 m tall. Each package contains one 12/14 cm circumference bulb.

Plant in spring as soon as the ground is workable, in sun or partial shade. Choose fertile, well-drained soil and set the bulb point upwards approximately 10 cm deep. Allow about 30 cm between plants and water after planting without keeping the soil waterlogged.

Combine it with cream flowers or dark foliage to highlight the speckled markings. Remove spent blooms but retain the leaves until they yellow naturally to feed the bulb; add support if wind bends the stems. This lily is highly toxic to cats, as are its pollen and vase water, so plant it where cats cannot reach it.
