‘Pansy Face Charmer’ daylily bears yellow flowers with a broad purple eye and ruffled petals. This fragrant perennial flowers in summer and may rebloom when conditions are favourable. Individual flowers are short-lived, but fresh buds open in succession; each package contains one bare root for planting.

Plant in spring when the ground has thawed, in fertile, well-drained soil. Choose sun or partial shade and spread the roots out in the planting hole. Position the crown approximately 2.5 cm below the soil surface, leaving about 60 cm between plants. Water after planting and during establishment.

Its contrasting colours enliven borders and combine well with ornamental grasses. Keep the soil moderately moist during flowering without standing water, and remove spent blooms and finished flower stems. Divide clumps when they become crowded. Daylilies are toxic to cats if ingested.
