This seed-potato assortment brings together a selection intended for making homegrown French fries after harvest. It offers variety in the vegetable garden with that kitchen use in mind. Each bag contains 1.5 kg of tubers for planting, divided into three 500 g portions.

In spring, prepare a full-sun location with loose, fertile, well-drained soil. Plant once the soil has drained and warmed, setting tubers approximately 10 cm deep and about 30 cm apart. Gradually hill the growing stems so that developing potatoes remain underground and protected from light.

Maintain consistent moisture during growth and check the plants for early signs of insect damage or disease. For storage, wait until the foliage has dried before harvesting, then keep the crop in a cool, dry, dark place. Remove all green, damaged or sprouting parts before preparing the potatoes and discard severely affected tubers. Do not eat bitter-tasting potatoes or the sprouts. The contents of this bag are sold for planting.
