Cultivation method:

Sow seeds between June and mid-July, growing successive crops every two weeks for continuous harvests. Plant seeds 1/8" (3mm) deep and 1" (2.5cm) apart in rows 16" (40cm) apart. Once the plants have emerged, thin them to 12" (30cm) apart to allow for proper development.

For a fall harvest, you can sow between mid and late August. Water regularly and maintain constant moisture to prevent premature bolting and bitterness of the leaves. This chicory thrives in well-drained soil and full sun.

A delicate and visually striking chicory!
