'Matador' spinach is a vigorous, fast-growing variety producing large, dark green, upright leaves. Tender and flavorful, they are suitable for harvesting both young leaves and mature leaves. Highly heat-tolerant and resistant to bolting, this spinach is ideal for early spring planting as well as late summer planting for autumn harvests.

Cultivation method:
Sow the seeds 12 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart in rows 30 to 45 cm apart as soon as the soil can be worked in spring. Thin to 5 to 7.5 cm after emergence. For continuous production, repeat sowing every two weeks until the end of spring. Sow again from mid-August to the end of August for autumn crops. Spinach prefers rich, moist soil and requires consistent moisture to prevent premature bolting.
