Pink radish microgreens
identification
description
Pink radish seeds for sprouting (Raphanus sativus), offered by the seed company Weston Seeds
Pink radish sprouts offer a soft pink hue and a pleasant flavor reminiscent of radish, but milder than red varieties. Their crisp texture and delicate color make them an attractive addition to salads, sandwiches, garnishes, and sprout mixes. They germinate easily and bring a refined visual touch to dishes.
Height: 4 to 6 cm (sprouts), 8 to 10 cm (microgreens)
Spacing: Close-cropped culture in trays or jars
Sowing: Soaking + indoor germination
Exposure: Soft light
Quantity per packet: 60g of seeds, untreated, non-GMO

After a light soak, place the seeds in a sprouting jar or spread them on a moistened tray. Rinse twice a day, ensuring good drainage. The sprouts will quickly develop their pink color and a fresh, tangy flavor. Dry slightly before refrigerating.
