Cultivation method:
Sow Nicotiana 'Whisper' indoors approximately 6 weeks before the last frost , maintaining a temperature of 21 to 24°C . Germination is rapid, but it is important to keep the potting mix evenly moist without overwatering . Once the cotyledons have opened, allow the surface of the potting mix to dry slightly between waterings.
For transplanting, loosen the soil well to a depth of about 30 cm , then enrich it with potting soil. Dig a hole the size of the pot and 1.5 to 3 times wider . Carefully remove the plant, gently loosening the roots if they are too tightly packed, then place it in the hole. An amendment such as organic bone meal or a soil activator can be added to encourage root development. Water regularly every 2 to 3 days until well established.
In the garden, cultivate in reasonably rich soil that does not dry out too quickly. Nicotiana generally flowers from mid-summer onwards , flowering being induced by long days of approximately 14 hours .

With its abundant pastel flowers, delicate fragrance, and graceful stature, the Nicotiana 'Whisper' mix is an exceptional plant for enhancing gardens and bouquets. Vigorous, floriferous, and easy to grow, it brings a touch of poetry and elegance throughout the summer.
