Cultivation method:
Soak the green lentil seeds for 8 to 12 hours , then drain them well. Place the seeds in a sprouting tray or suitable container, free of soil. Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times a day , ensuring the water never stagnates to prevent fermentation.
Germination is very rapid and requires no soil, transplanting, or replanting . A few minutes of daily care are enough to obtain healthy and vigorous sprouts.
Harvest :
The sprouts are ready to eat after 2 to 3 days , as soon as they appear. They can be eaten until they reach approximately 2 to 3 cm in length. Rinse well before eating for optimal freshness.
