Cultivation method:

Soak sunflower microgreen seeds for 8 to 12 hours before sowing. Drain, then sow densely on a growing tray with moist substrate. Gently press the seeds and cover to promote even germination.

Maintain consistent, but not excessive, humidity . Daily rinsing is not necessary. Once germination is well established, expose the microgreens to indirect or soft light . Growth is rapid and vigorous, with dense, uniform foliage.

Harvest :

Microgreens are ready to harvest after 8 to 12 days , when the first true leaves begin to appear. Cut at the base with clean scissors and eat fresh to fully enjoy their flavor and benefits.
