Foxglove 'Panther F1' (Digitalis x hybrida) – Offered by the seed company WH Perron

It is very branched, producing several spikes at a time, without the need for pinching, and its sterile flowers, a delicate pale pink, are long-lasting and ideal for attracting pollinators such as bees and butterflies. A perfect plant for embellishing flowerbeds and composing elegant bouquets.

Sow seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last expected frost. Use a light, well-drained potting soil, maintaining a temperature of 60 to 65 degrees F (15 to 18 degrees C) for best germination. Do not cover the seeds, as they require light to germinate. Once the seedlings are strong enough, transplant them into individual containers or into the ground in fertile, well-drained soil with partial shade.

Foxgloves 'Panther F1' prefer consistent moisture, so be sure to water regularly, especially in dry weather. These hardy plants add a natural elegance to landscapes and attract an abundance of pollinators throughout their summer blooms.

Create spectacular flower beds and floral arrangements by incorporating Foxglove 'Panther F1', a variety that combines beauty, ease of growing and attractiveness to beneficial insects.
