Choose a container slightly larger than the diameter of the disk (8 cm) and fill it with a light, well-drained potting soil. Tamp gently to level the surface, then place a seed disk on top of the soil. Cover with a thin layer of vermiculite or potting soil and water thoroughly to ensure consistent moisture.
For best results, place the container in a well-lit area or under artificial light. A heat mat can also be used to maintain an optimal temperature and promote rapid germination. Parsley prefers consistently moist soil, so be sure to water regularly without letting the soil become soggy.
