Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last expected frost, or directly into the ground once the soil has warmed. Plant seeds 1 to 1.5 cm deep, spacing plants 25 to 30 cm apart in the row and rows 40 to 50 cm apart.
This kohlrabi prefers rich, well-drained soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH (6.0 to 7.0). Water regularly to maintain consistent moisture and encourage even bulb growth. Harvest bulbs when they are about 3 to 4 inches in diameter to ensure a crisp, tender texture.
