Cultivation method:
Soak the seeds in cold water for 6 to 12 hours. Drain well, then place in a sprouter or suitable container. Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times per day to prevent mold and maintain good humidity. Place the sprouter or container in a bright location but out of direct sunlight. Sprouts will be ready to harvest in 5 to 7 days, while microgreens will need 7 to 14 days of growing.
