Cultivation method:
Sow peppermint seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost, or directly outdoors after the last frost. Plant in rich, well-drained soil and keep it consistently moist. Peppermint prefers a sunny or partially shaded location. Space the plants 40 to 60 cm apart to allow them to spread. As it can be invasive, it is advisable to grow it in a pot or with a barrier to control its growth. Harvest the leaves as needed, preferably before flowering for optimal flavor.
