Takara F1 Pepper is a Shishito type sweet pepper variety, prized for its sweet and rich flavour. In times of climatic stress, such as intense heat or drought, it can produce between 5 and 10% of slightly spicy fruits, adding a playful touch to the crop. Easy to grow and very productive, Takara is perfect for those looking for a unique garden experience.

Sow seeds indoors about 8 to 10 weeks before the last expected frost. Once seedlings have 5 to 6 leaves, transplant into individual containers or directly into the garden when all danger of frost has passed. Plant in rich, well-drained soil in a sunny location.
