Choose a container slightly larger than the diameter of the disk (8 cm) and fill it with a light, well-drained potting soil. Level the surface and place a seed disk directly on the soil. Cover carefully with a thin layer of vermiculite or potting soil, then water thoroughly to moisten the substrate.
For best results, place the container in a well-lit area or under artificial light. A heat mat can be used to maintain an optimal temperature and promote rapid germination. Oregano prefers slightly moist soil, so be careful not to let the soil dry out.
