Cultivation method:
Soak the seeds in cold water for 8 to 12 hours. Drain them thoroughly, then place them in a sprouting tray or suitable container. Rinse and drain them 2 to 3 times a day to maintain good moisture levels and prevent mold. Place the sprouting tray in a dark location for best results. In 2 to 5 days, the sprouts will reach an ideal size of 1 to 5 cm. Once harvested, rinse them well and let them dry before enjoying.
