Cultivation method :
Sow directly in the garden in warm, well-drained soil after the last spring frosts. 'Ishtar F1' prefers full sun and fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Plant seeds 2.5 cm deep and space plants 1.5 to 2 m apart to encourage growth. Maintain consistent moisture by watering regularly, especially in dry periods.
Fruits should be harvested young, when they are between 12 and 14 cm, to take advantage of their fine texture and sweet flavour. Regular picking stimulates production and ensures generous harvests throughout the season. 'Ishtar F1' is perfect for Mediterranean dishes, stir-fries or summer grills.
