Cultivation method:
Sow the seeds directly into well-worked, rich soil in early spring or between June and early July, when temperatures are still cool. Plant the seeds 1 cm (1/2 inch) deep in rows spaced 60 cm (24 inches) apart. Once the seedlings are well established, thin them to 30 cm (12 inches) apart.
Kale is very cold-hardy and grows well even in cooler climates. It develops its best flavor after exposure to light frosts. This tolerance makes it an excellent choice for extending harvests into autumn and early winter. Ensure regular watering to maintain tender, flavorful leaves throughout the season.
A rustic and nutritious choice!
Siberian kale is ideal for those who love nutritious and easy-to-grow vegetables. Its tender texture and mild flavor make it perfect for a variety of dishes, whether used fresh in salads or lightly braised as a side dish.
