Cultivation method:

Sow seeds as soon as the soil can be worked in spring. Sow 3mm (1/8") deep in rows 45cm (18") apart. To ensure a continuous supply, repeat sowing every two weeks. This mix grows best in rich, well-drained soil, and with regular watering to maintain consistent moisture.

Harvest the leaves when they are young for tender microgreens, or wait until they are mature for larger, more flavorful leaves. Cut the leaves back about 1" (2.5cm) above the base to allow for new growth. If the plants start to bolt, the leaves may become bitter, so it is best to harvest them before this stage.

An explosion of colors and flavors!

The 'Misticanza' mix is perfect for adding variety and elegance to your dishes. Practical and productive, this mix is suitable for all seasons and guarantees abundant harvests, whether you are a beginner or an experienced gardener.
