Red pepper 'Quadrato Rosso d'Asti'
Red pepper 'Quadrato Rosso d'Asti' (Capsicum annuum), offered by the seed company Weston Seeds
The Quadrato Rosso d'Asti pepper is a traditional Italian variety producing enormous, square fruits measuring 5 to 6 inches, initially green and then dark red when ripe. Their thick, sweet, and juicy flesh makes them ideal for stuffing, grilling, or cooking. Highly productive and disease-resistant, they offer excellent yields even under varying conditions.
