This heirloom radicchio mix combines several traditional Italian varieties, offering a colorful assortment of round, elongated, and sugarloaf-shaped heads. The crisp, slightly bitter leaves create succulent salads with a vibrant and complex flavor. The mix includes Endive, Red Verona, Treviso, and Sugar Loaf chicories for a diversity of textures and flavors.

Cultivation method:
