Rapini Sessantina is a heritage variety from Puglia, producing tender young leaves and small, thick flower buds reminiscent of miniature broccoli florets. Its robust, slightly bitter flavor is highly prized in Italian cuisine, and both the leaves and buds are harvested together for a rich, authentic taste. With successive pickings, the harvest can extend over 2 to 4 weeks for continuous production.

Cultivation method:
