Height: 150 to 200 cm
Spacing: 30 to 45 cm
Sowing: Direct or indoor sowing
Exposure: Full sun
Quantity per packet: Untreated, non-GMO seeds
Cultivation method:
Sow directly outdoors after the last frost, 2 to 3 cm deep, in loose, well-drained soil. The seeds germinate quickly when the soil temperature reaches approximately 18 to 21°C. For an early start, you can sow indoors 2 to 3 weeks before transplanting, taking care not to damage the roots when transplanting.
Space the plants 30 to 45 cm apart to allow them to reach their full size. Water regularly at first, then moderately once the roots are well established. The 'Tuscan' sunflower thrives in full sun and tolerates a variety of soils, while offering a vibrant display of blooms all summer long.
