Cultivation method:

Sow forget-me-not seeds directly in the garden or start them indoors in late summer or early fall for blooms the following spring. Plant them 1/4 inch deep in well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Choose a location with partial shade to full shade for best growth.

Seedlings appear within 7 to 14 days of sowing. Transplant seedlings into borders, beds or pots, spacing them 15 to 30 cm apart to allow for abundant and harmonious flowering.

Blue forget-me-nots require little maintenance. Water regularly to maintain consistent moisture, especially during dry spells. Remove spent flowers to encourage extended blooms into summer.
