Planting and maintenance:

Maintain consistent moisture during germination, which occurs in one to two weeks. Gradually thin the seedlings to about 10 cm apart, using the young shoots as leafy greens. Harvest the outer leaves first by cutting them at the base, which encourages continuous production.
