Organic 'Rainbow' Swiss chard
Organic 'Rainbow' Swiss chard (Beta vulgaris), offered by the seed company Aimers
This open-pollinated variety is distinguished by its brightly colored stems, ranging from yellow to pink, orange, purple, and white, contrasting with slightly crumpled, dark green foliage. The leaves, softer than those of classic chard, form a vigorous, bushy plant with an attractive appearance. Highly valued for both its ornamental and culinary qualities, it offers a generous and prolonged harvest.
