Bok Choy 'Baby Pak Choi', also known as Pak Choi, is a compact and tender dwarf variety. Cultivation method:

Maintain a temperature of 20 °C (68 °F) for optimal germination. Transplant seedlings outdoors once they are about 5 cm (2 inches) tall, spacing them 25 to 30 cm (10-12 inches) apart.
To ensure a continuous harvest, sow seeds every two weeks during the growing season. Water regularly to keep the soil moist, but avoid overwatering. Bok choy prefers cool temperatures and grows best in spring or fall. Protect young plants from intense sun and high heat, which can cause premature bolting.
