Description

Diervilla 'Cool Splash' is a highly prized native ornamental shrub known for its bright variegated foliage and great hardiness in difficult conditions. It forms a compact, dense, and slightly spreading shrub, perfectly suited for mass plantings, borders, embankments, and low-maintenance naturalistic plantings. Its deciduous dark green foliage edged with creamy white brightens the garden from spring to summer, then transforms into spectacular purplish-red hues in autumn.
