Growing tips
Spinach tends to bolt (go to seed) quickly when the days become long and hot; therefore, choose cooler periods and locations that are slightly sheltered from excessive heat. Well-prepared and enriched soil promotes larger, more tender, and flavorful leaves, while also supporting a bountiful harvest.
Harvest
Harvest the leaves at the desired stage, young for a very tender texture or more developed for a variety of culinary uses. Productive, healthy, and easy to grow , 'Tundra' F1 spinach is an excellent choice for quick and nutritious harvests, from early spring through to fresh autumn crops.
