Sugar Rush Peach is an exceptionally fruity and sweet pepper, combining moderate heat with tropical aromas . Like other Aji varieties, it offers a unique flavor with a subtle sour and sweet touch. This variety is very prolific and requires a long growing season to reach its full potential. The first flowers appear early in the season , and the fruits begin to ripen mid-season , offering a generous and continuous production.
The elongated fruits, about 10 cm (4 inches), turn from pale green to a gorgeous peach hue when ripe . Their thick, juicy flesh makes them perfect for salsas, roasting and stuffed dishes , although there are no limits to their uses in cooking .

Cultivation method:

Plant them in the ground or in a pot , in rich, well-drained soil , with full sun exposure . Moderate and regular watering as well as fertilization every 2 to 3 weeks will allow optimal growth and abundant production.
The tall, fruit-laden plants require staking to prevent the branches from bending under their weight. Harvesting begins mid-season , with the fruit gradually developing its characteristic peach hue and exceptionally sweet, fruity taste .
