Sugar Rush Cream is a rare and refined variety , developed in England from the famous Sugar Rush . This pepper is distinguished by its moderate heat , its delicately fruity taste and its light and creamy color , which evolves from pale yellow to creamy white when ripe .
With an intensity of 5,000 to 10,000 SHU , it offers a subtle but very present spiciness , ideal for those who like spicy flavors without excess burning. Its taste profile is soft and sweet , with notes of citrus and pepper , perfect for sauces, salsas, exotic dishes and marinated preparations .
The elongated fruits of 5 to 7 cm , initially green then creamy yellow , are as tasty as they are ornamental. The plant, vigorous and very productive , reaches up to 90 cm in height , offering an abundant harvest throughout the season.
